Becoming Values-Driven

Column.jpgAre you resting on your values or are they moving you forward? Lead the next stage of the values movement: get the tools to become a Values-Driven Organization. Discover how to align daily operations with fraternal principles by developing the skills to set expectations, handle conflicting values and hold one another accountable.

“Live your values!”

It’s easier said than done. How do we make the leap from reciting a few words in some secret book to using those core principles to guide our daily decisions? How do we truly bring those values to life? Start by making the shift from Values-Based to Values-Driven.

Align teaches fraternity and sorority leaders how to put their values into action every day as they manage the organization, plan events, host activities and make decisions. Through real-life scenarios, participants learn how to align recruitment, member education, alumni relations and even social events with the core principles of their organizations.

Format

Align is delivered as a 3 to 8 hour institute for up to 100 participants. The program can be used as a community leadership retreat or as a new member welcome experience.
