Changing the budget

Things that do not require a chapter vote:

Selecting T-shirt color
Violating a policy

Sending an email or note card
Creating an advertisement
Participating in homecoming

Don't confuse agreement with authority. Getting the support of your members is important, but letting them make all the decisions isn't necessary.

Your members were looking for someone to step up, show some courage, and set the course for the future. They elected you. You have their approval. They're just waiting for you to realize it. Now make a decision and get to work.
