Starting a Project
1. Pick Your Topic(s)
Review our Programs to identify the topics you would like to address and.
2. Select Dates and Availability
Check the Calendar to determine our availability for your target dates. With the exception of Dan, our Project Leaders are typically only available on Saturday and Sunday.
3. Request a Project Agreement
This document will help you build an itinerary, select specific workshops to include in the program and understand the audio/visual and other details necessary for a project.
4. Contact RISE to Discuss Details
We will talk through the finer points of the program, ask for more information about the community and answer any of your remaining questions.
5. Prepare for the Program!
Once you submit a completed Project Agreement, we'll work together on promotion, pre-session surveys, logistics, payment, and other program details.
Pricing
Daily Rate
Program costs are based on a simple, consistent daily rate:
- $3250 for a one-day program
- $1750 per each additional day
All rates are inclusive of travel, materials and expenses.
Discounts
Area Projects: take 10% off
If you're within 200 miles of an existing project, select an adjacent date and save 10%. Check the calendar to see if you are eligible for the Area Project discount.

Making the Most of Your Money
There are many ways to get more out of the price you pay for a program from RISE.
- Partner with another department: we often present programs to all student organizations, to residence life staff, to professionals and to alumni/volunteers while on camps.
- Partner with a nearby campus: Join together to use RISE for a two-day project and split the total to save as much as $600 each!
- Use the entire day: our prices are based on a daily rate, so add on workshops for different audiences or on different topics throughout our entire time on campus.
