Many organizations suffer from a lack of member involvement, but simply cutting 'dead weight' or marketing your way out of an apathy problem only treats the issue at the surface. Without a deeper solution, the problem will come back year after year. Fortunately, the problem is well within the control of each officer, and the answer lies in your leadership abilities.
