How often do chapters sit down together to fully plan out their year?  More than just identifying a few priorities and good ideas, but developing a full-blown plan of action, complete with details, deadlines, tasks, timelines and assigned duties.  RISE's Achieve program paces members through a series of learn-by-doing exercises on planning and coordination in order to create a thorough plan of action in a short amount of time.

This program can be delivered in a full-day chapter-wide retreat, or a half-day work session with officers and volunteers.

It takes more than paperwork and policies to be a good officer, and a manual isn't enough to prepare new officers for their position.  Give leaders the skills to delegate, confront, manage emotions and navigate the politics and personalities within their chapter. 

This program can be delivered in a variety of forms: an intensive full-day retreat for the entire chapter, a half-day institute for officers or focused consultation with officers and stakeholders.
