Through a series of experiential activities, members address the practical challenges that face the interfraternal community. They rehearse skills and strategies they need on the front lines to initiate change within their chapter. This program can be delivered in a one-day institute or multi-day retreat format, and aligns well with business meetings and educational conferences. |

It takes more than paperwork and policies to be a good officer, and a manual isn't enough to prepare new officers for their position. Give leaders the skills to delegate, confront, manage emotions and navigate the politics and personalities within their chapter. This program can be delivered in a variety of forms: a tract or series of conference workshops, a half-day retreat or a full-day institute. |
Risk Management and Policy Training
| Policies and procedures aren't very exciting, and training sessions are often worse. Rather than reading bullets from a PowerPoint, we use special training techniques to spice up the session and students actively engaged in learning, interpreting and applying the lessons.
