Equip is an intensive, half-day skill-building experience that prepares student officers to become LEADers, not just DOers in their organization. Students leave equipped with skills to delegate more tasks, fight apathy, solve people-problems and run better meetings. Along the way, they develop a collective vision for the year and detailed plan of action for their first 30 days in office. |

Guide is a 3-hour workshop that empowers volunteer advisors with facilitation skills to resolve complicated scenarios, solutions to challenging issues that come up every day, and simple techniques to advance student learning. Relevant for volunteer advisors of any student organization, Guide incorporates your expectations, structures and protocols into the experience, so there is no need for supplemental training. |
