Chris Jefferson joins the RISE Partnerships team

Chris is a well-respected fraternity/sorority professional who brings a breadth of expertise from many roles across multiple organizations. He is the Director of Fraternity/Sorority Life at Penn State University and serves as a facilitator for IMPACT, UIFI, IFI, Launch, ASTP, Leadershape, workshops for many inter/national organizations, and more. As a volunteer, Chris has played an important role in the evolving professional development efforts of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors’ by serving on the Strategic Planning Work Group, Core Competencies Workgroup, and Professional Development Committee. 

Chris will facilitate RISE’s training programs for new member educators (THRIVE), volunteer advisors (GUIDE), and new officers (EQUIP). He will also serve on RISE’s curriculum design team, developing new programs for clients, and on the consulting team as an analyst on assessment and strategy projects.

RISE Partnerships equips fraternity/sorority leaders to do their best work through training, curriculum design, and consulting. RISE has served more than 300 university campuses and 100 organizations over nearly 20 years.
